The weapon

It is about a rifle of living room or garden of the Flobert type.

The mobile breech very strongly resembles system WARNANT but without the patent it is not possible for me to determine the difference between the two systems, which could have been patented!

The barrel is with 8 sides, the trigger guard with volutes and the stick of the pistol type.

Punches

I could not raise that only one punch of the proofhouse of Liege on this weapon, namely:

ELG on star in a vertical oval: final acceptance of use of 1846 to 1893.

The inventor/manufacturer

The mark M. RISACK B struck the barrel is that RISACK M. Son of Cheratte (suburbs of Liege) In 1876, it deposits a Belgian patent for an extractor cartridge and a closing applicable to the rifle-canes.
